Find runs

Search the Pipelines list, filter it, pin runs to the top and page through older runs.

Use these tools on the Pipelines page to find a run and keep it in view.

Search and filters

The search box matches pipeline names, authors and branches. Prodgator searches once you stop typing.

Click Filters to show or hide the filter row. Each filter is a searchable list where you can pick several values:

FilterNarrows by
RepositoryRepository name
BranchBranch
WorkflowWorkflow or job name
EnvironmentDeployment environment
TriggerPush, Pull request, Manual, Scheduled, Merge queue, Release, Triggered by workflow, API, Other
ActorWho started the run
OrganizationProvider organization, group or workspace
PlatformProvider. Hidden when all runs come from one provider
Time rangeLast 24 hours, 7, 30, 90 or 365 days

The options and counts in each filter reflect the other filters you have set. The time range only offers windows shorter than your plan's data retention.

Active filters show as chips under the search box. Click the x on a chip to remove it, or Clear filters to remove them all. Filters are part of the page URL, so you can share a filtered view by copying the link.

Pinning runs

Pin a run to keep it at the top of the list whatever page or filter you are on. Click the pin button at the start of a table row or on the right of a phone list row, or choose Pin to top in the row's ... menu. Click it again, or choose Unpin, to remove it.

  • Pins are per user and per organization, and are stored in this browser.
  • You can pin up to 25 runs. Pinning a 26th removes the oldest pin.
  • A pin stays after the run finishes. It is removed when the run passes your plan's retention window.

Paging

The pager under the list moves between pages and sets Rows per page to 25, 50 or 100. Prodgator remembers the page size in this browser.

Paging uses cursors, so new runs arriving live do not shift the page you are reading. When you reach the oldest runs your plan keeps, a note under the list says so.
