Jira
Connect Jira, set defaults for new issues, and create or link issues from failures and security alerts.

Enterprise plan. An Org admin connects Jira.
Who can use this: Developer, Release manager, Security, Compliance and Org admin. See Roles.
Connect Jira
- An Org admin opens Organization > Integrations, clicks Connect Jira, and signs in to Atlassian. If the account can see several Jira sites, pick the one to use.
- Set Defaults for new issues: project, issue type, priority mapping and default labels. Automatic priority maps Critical to Highest, High to High, Medium to Medium, Low to Low, and failures to High, when your site has those priorities.
- Optional: add Auto-create rules that open an issue when a pipeline fails or a security alert is detected, with a minimum severity and a list of repositories.
You can also create or link issues by hand from a failed run on the Failures page and from an expanded alert on the Security page. Linked issues show their current Jira status, which Prodgator keeps in sync through a Jira webhook.
